Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old to register for Waypoint early access. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.
Your account
Use accurate contact information, keep your credentials private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report a compromise. Usernames may be refused or changed if they impersonate another person, infringe rights, expose private information or disrupt the service.
Invitations
Invitations are limited, single-use access credentials. They may not be sold, traded, automated, publicly harvested or used to evade a restriction. Unused invitations may expire or be revoked.
Community conduct
Do not harass or threaten people, publish personal information without permission, cheat, exploit faults, impersonate others, interfere with infrastructure, distribute malware, evade moderation, or use Waypoint for unlawful activity. Security issues should be reported privately rather than exploited or disclosed in a way that puts users at risk.
Early access
Waypoint and connected services are evolving. Features may change, accounts or data may require repair, and access may be interrupted. Back up anything the service explicitly allows you to export. No launch date, uptime level or permanent availability is promised during early access.
Moderation and access
BushStorm Games may restrict invitations, suspend an account or revoke service access when reasonably necessary for safety, security or rule enforcement. Serious or repeated abuse may result in permanent removal.
Software and third-party material
Waypoint, its original infrastructure and BushStorm materials remain controlled by their respective owners. Connected worlds may contain third-party names, marks or materials; access through Waypoint does not transfer ownership of them or imply endorsement by a third party. Do not redistribute files unless the service expressly permits it.
Feedback
You may provide bug reports and suggestions voluntarily. BushStorm Games may use them to improve the service without creating an employment, partnership, ownership or payment relationship. Do not submit confidential material you do not have permission to share.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, early access is provided as available and without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Waypoint and request account deletion. Material term changes will be dated and communicated where appropriate. Continued use after a notified change means the updated terms apply.
